Bhavana is Whistler’s premier destination for intentional movement, where yoga, Pilates, and breathwork come together to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. As the only studio in Whistler offering yoga, mat & reformer Pilates, sound baths, breathwork, and complimentary weekly yoga, we create a space for you to move, release, and renew.

FAQ

  • There isn’t a comparison. Bhavana is its own. We’re encouraging rest + healing of the whole self through a passive and supportive physical practise. There isn’t enough encouragement to slow down and tune in. Bhavana is here to show you the importance and transformative power that a in ward focused practise can and will offer you.

  • As much as you so please. Bhavana is your permission to slow down and restore. Now more then ever do we need that encouragement! Not only will Bhavana take care of your mental + emotional wellbeing it will also compliment your other physical practises through our yin yoga classes.

  • Very little is required to practise with Bhavana. I recommend a yoga mat or blanket and a pillow. Blocks + straps maybe used during practise all which can be supplemented with house hold items. Most importantly, patience, trust and self compassion.
