Inspired by the indian proverb which states every person is like a house within our house, we have 4 rooms: mental, emotional, physical, spiritual. For one to live in harmony, one must tend to each room every day. Our Union practice creates the space to just that. Movements are slow, thoughtful and designed to meet you right where you are. Softening tension and guiding you home to yourself. A healing balm for the nervous system.

Designed to create heat within your body and mind through a dynamic mix of yoga, Pilates and strength-inspired movement. Expect pulses, longer than usual holds, and total body sculpting sequences that build strength and stamina while keeping things palyful. We'll sweat, shake, sigh as we move through a practice that challenges both body and mind.
THE JOURNEY
Guided breathwork.
This class is a guided exploration of the breath - your most powerful tool for balance and connection. You’ll move through a range of breathing techniques, from energizing and activating practices to grounding and down-regulating rhythms that calm the nervous system. Each session ends with a guided meditation, allowing your body and mind to integrate, soften, and settle into stillness. An ideal class to restore balance, enhance focus, and deepen self-awareness.
THE UNRAVEL
& SOUNDBATH
This deeply restorative class combines the slow, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the healing vibrations of sound. Postures are held for longer periods to gently release tension, open energetic pathways, and create space within the body and mind. The experience is enhanced by a soothing sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to guide you into a state of calm and energetic renewal. A beautiful reset for the nervous system and spirit.
THE REFORMER
Our Reformer Pilates classes are designed to strengthen, lengthen, and balance your entire body. Using the resistance and support of the reformer, each session delivers a mindful, full-body workout that challenges your core, builds stability, and improves posture and flexibility. Expect a blend of dynamic movement and control, leaving you feeling strong, aligned, and deeply connected from head to toe. Suitable for all levels, with options to progress or modify as needed.
