HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?

• Create or login to your account on the Studio Bookings app or website. From here you can purchase class passes, memberships, and book & cancel your classes!

WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

• Classes can be cancelled up until 4 hours before your scheduled class. If you cancel with less than 4 hours notice a $15 cancellation fee will be applied. You can view our cancellation policy here.
  

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY CLASS?

• Classes can be booked up to 30 minutes prior to class start time if the class is not already full.
  

do i need to bring a mat?

• Bhavana provides all mats, weights, and blocks. Just bring your water bottle and get ready to move!
  

Is there a bathroom on site?

• Yes!
  

Where do i park?

• Parking is free along Lynham Road and in any spot that reads “visitor.”
  

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?

• Waitlist allows up to 10 people on the list at once, and will update you every time you've either been added to the class or moved up on the list.
  

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

• Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. All sales are final and non-refundable.
  

HOW LONG ARE CLASS PASSES GOOD FOR?

• Mat passes have a 1 year expiration from date of purchase.

• Reformer passes have a 6-month expiration from date of purchase

• The “Intro Reformer 3-Pack” has a 3-month expiration from date of purchase.
  

HOW DO I BOOK CLASSES THROUGH THE STUDIO BOOKINGS APP?

• The Studio Bookings app is very intuitive and we highly recommend using this to book your classes!

• Download the app here

• Once in the app, search Bhavana Studio

• Use the same login and password you use when you book classes online (or create an account if you don’t have one already)

• From the app you can book and cancel classes, and purchase memberships and class passes
